Hot OL Prospect Picks Vols
Offensive lineman JerQuari Schofield from South Aiken High School in Aiken S.C., became Tennessee's third football commitment on Saturday and ninth for the 2009 signing class.
"I felt like it was one of the best decisions I ever made," the 6-foot-6, 298-pound Schofield said. "Great area. Great people. I love Coach (Phillip) Fulmer and (offensive line) coach (Greg) Adkins.
UT offered Schofield a scholarship on Thursday, the first day of the weekend camp. Schofield took two days to think about it and committed to UT on Saturday evening.
Schofield also had offers from Gardner Webb and Charleston Southern.
